Bailey Bikes originated as a design company for the bicycle industry.  We performed failure analysis and design fixes for builders that lacked the engineering staff to effectively identify and correct design flaws.  Developing a process of quality control, design validation, and production process control, enabled us to design and source our own frames—without the cost and annoyances of marketing fads.
